The registration will cover one copy of the conference proceeding and:

• Day 1: Breakfast, coffee breaks, reception.
• Day 2: Breakfast, coffee breaks, dinner banquet.
• Day 3: Breakfast, coffee break.

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations up to and including Oct. 16, 2007 there will be a charge of $40. In case of a cancellation afterwards, the total registration fee will be retained and no refunds will be made. However, substitutions may be made at any time at no charge. In the case of a substitution, you will need to log into the registration system and insert the name of the substitute person. Changes and cancellations must be sent in written form to:
