The Net Centric Consortium will hold its planning meeting to explore the formation of a NSF Industry/University Cooperative Research Center (I/UCRC) on February 20-22, 2008. NSF program managers will be on hand to explain the concept of I/UCRC. There will be short presentations by faculty from participating universities in DFW area about their current research projects. The meeting will be held at Southfork hotel, 1600 North Central Expressway, Plano, Texas 75074.

The goal of Net Centric Consortium and the I/UCRC is to collaborate with industry and government agencies to conduct research and development in the area of Net Centric Software and Systems. You can find more information about consortium at http://www.netcentric.cse.unt.edu
