        Exercises 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, and 6.8 on pages 251-253.

        For problem 6.3, apply the operations to both of the heaps.

        For problem 6.6, there is a simple method to find the array
        index of the last node, and hence obtain the number of nodes
        without counting.  What is it?
